Emphasis will be on life style changes including simple things like yoga, physical activity i.e. running or brisk walk etc. Food consciousness and mindful eating is other strand to incorporate into the education and life ctyle. We will teach practically using Emotional Freedom technique for more confidence, removing negative emotions, healing anxiety or bad feelings in a few minutes. Eat Smart – Think Smart – Be Smart for a better future generation.

We know simple health education is important. The food you eat can have a major impact on your health. Smart food choices help provide the energy you need to enjoy life and all it has to offer. In addition to reducing your risk for diseases such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, certain types of cancer, osteoporosis etc good food also nourishes brain well.

Right thinking habits that are introduced through THINK SMART part, help children dealing with own anxiety and stress + also help to pick up the signals in other children at an early stage. This may prevent a lot of mental health problems in the future. Suicidal attempts have become more prevalent now and are clearly undesirable. We hope with better coping techniques taught through our THINK SMART  programme will minimise these.

The programme is designed to have more sefl-confidence and better self-esteem and hopefully improve the school results and also better future job prospects for children.
