We are delighted to be partnering with South Ribble Borough Council and the Leyland Rotary Club to co-host the NFHW’s Silver Jubilee Health Mela on Saturday, 26 September 2026, at the Leyland Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland.
Prior to the main event, the organising committee will be hosting a Breakfast Meeting at the same venue. Beginning at 09:30, it will consider the question:
“Primary Health Care – Is It Fit for Purpose?”
We are deeply honoured that the event will be attended by the following esteemed guests:
- His Worship the Mayor of South Ribble, Councillor Caleb Tomlinson
- Rotarian Annette Ramsden PHF, District Governor of Rotary Cumbria and Lancashire
- Mr Paul Foster MP, Member of Parliament for South Ribble
They will be joined by a number of civic leaders, healthcare professionals and distinguished guests from across the region.
The Breakfast Meeting will provide an important forum to explore the challenges and opportunities facing primary healthcare, to share knowledge and best practice, and to strengthen partnerships that will contribute to the continued success of the Health Mela and its lasting benefit to our communities.
