Holistic Living Group
The Holistic Living Group works as a sub-group within the National Forum for Health and Wellbeing and focuses its efforts on promoting a broader public understanding of holistic principles.
To this end, it hosts a variety of workshops, courses and conferences throughout the year and helps many individuals to improve their wellbeing – both physical and mental – through the adoption of healthier lifestyles.
In this section, we present a series of downloadable documents that have been presented at recent events, together with other news and helpful information.
