Speaking to Lancashire Post, Professor Satyan Rajbhandari, insisted that this is not the right time to relax Covid-19 restrictions. Insisting that the rate of transmission (the R number) needs to be well below 1.0; Professor Rajbhandari stressed the need to continue with wearing masks in crowded places, washing hands and maintaining two meter distance.
