District Governor of Rotary International’s Lancashire & Cumbria district (District 1190) Mr. Arthur Jones heaped praises on the Leland Health Mela. Writing in his September 2015 newsletter, he said the Health Mela was “a true example of what working together with other organisations in our local communities can achieve and I look forward to attending the 5th Annual Health Mela in Leyland.”
