HLG’s 41st Holistic Living Course Level 1 which commenced on 22nd November over 3 weekends ended on 8th December with a thumping success.
Overall 10 people enrolled on the course and 3 needed to drop off. We had dedicated students travelling as far as Birmingham/Bolton and everyone enjoyed the course and provided amazing feedback.
Some attendees felt the course was a life changing experience and it would provide better understanding about how to live a healthy life. Almost all attendees said they would recommend this course to others and showed interest to progress towards advance HLC2 course.
Both our Grandmaster Designate Manjulaben Nayee and Manjulaben Patel managed the course to perfection which complemented by Naliniben Patel and Jemini Bhalsod with their lectures. In absence of Lynneben, Priti Merai level 1 student carried out course reviews daily and did a fantastic job. We thank all our admin staff along with Master volunteers who provided excellent support to students during the course. As usual gratitude to Rajendra Bhai Patel who prepared excellent course notes and certificates.

Please note that December Holistic Refresher will take place on Sunday 15th December and not on 22nd December from 3pm – 4.45pm @ GHS.
Please bring your yoga mat / cushion / shawl and £1 to cover hall hire.
